Howard's experience in all aspects of business is a true benefit our clients and customers.</p>    <p><b>Timothy Termini — Executive Vice President B& Chief Technology Officer</b><br />      Tim is a computer engineer with 5 years of professional experience. Tim's experience covers a broad set of Internet and IT related areas. He has worked with system and network architecture, system and network security, as well as UNIX and general network administration. He also holds several professional certifications from Sun Microsystems, Veritas, EMC, and Cisco Systems. Tim has been closely involved in sales and marketing of technology and knows what is required to maintain a powerful and efficient web presence. Under his leadership, Reveal will maintain one of the most comprehensive databases in the industry that is both searchable and accessible to all of our clients. Tim will implement cutting-edge networking technology to allow our clients to access talent and/or information in a fast, clear, and organized format.</p>    <p><b>Eric P. Schwartz — Executive Vice President B& Chief Operating Officer</b><br />      Eric brings with him many years of experience in marketing both in the field and corporate levels. He has deep experience with adult beverage companies and nightlife promotions. As a model, Eric learned how to master the field and execution elements of an event. Then, moving up to management, he learned how to conduct "behind the scenes" business so precisely, that he was chosen as Project Manager for a "Big 3" brewery and executed the largest on-premise initiative in the company's history.
